Smaller, proven, centrally managed

Proven, not pioneering

 HEFA and anaerobic digestion are operating commercially around the world. We chose them because they are bankable and de-risked — not because they are new.

Smaller is a structural advantage

Facilities at 30–60 MLpa fit existing road corridors, require no heavy infrastructure upgrades, permit faster, and create less community disruption. The network reaches scale through replication, not concentration.

One operations team, many facilities

A centralised operations centre manages the full network — shared SCADA, remote monitoring, standardised maintenance, and a single engineering team. The overhead of running many facilities is far less than building many independent ones.

Feedstock within 50 km at every site

  At least 80% of feedstock from within a 50 km haul radius at each facility — keeping logistics costs and carbon intensity low, and the relationship between the facility and its farming community direct.

Revenue before completion

The staged build model generates canola oil and meal revenue from the crushing circuit before the fuel production facility is complete. Each stage has independent investment decision gates.

The most commercially mature renewable fuel technology globally — in operation across Europe, Asia, and North America. Canola seed is crushed on-site; oil is hydroprocessed to produce renewable diesel and SAF. WA's southern grain belt is among the most productive canola regions in the southern hemisphere.

Converts wheat straw — currently a residue management cost for most grain farmers — into hydrogen for the facility's own energy needs, digestate for farm return, and biochar for soil improvement. Achieves hydrogen self-sufficiency at each site, closing the circular loop with local farms.
